Expert Tips for Choosing the Right Size
When in Doubt, Size Up
It's better to have extra space than to run out. The cost difference between sizes is often minimal compared to ordering a second dumpster.
Consider Weight Limits
Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles may require a smaller container due to weight restrictions, not volume.
Measure Your Space
Ensure you have adequate space for delivery and pickup. Consider overhead clearance and access for our delivery truck.
Plan Your Timeline
All rentals include 7 days. If you need longer, factor this into your size choice to avoid multiple rentals.
Know Prohibited Items
Hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, and appliances with freon cannot go in dumpsters. Plan alternative disposal.
Compare Total Costs
Our prices include delivery, pickup, disposal, and 7-day rental. No hidden fees means you can accurately compare options.
What Materials Our Dumpster Accept?
We accept a wide variety of materials in our dumpsters. Here's what you can dispose of in our roll-off containers.
Accepted Materials
Heavy Material Dumpster Only:
- Clean concrete
- Clean dirt & soil
- Clean bricks
- Clean asphalt
- Mixed dirt and small amount of grass
- Mixed heavy materials listed above (additional cost)
General Debris Only:
- Construction debris (wood, metal, stucco, tile, drywall, glass)
- Yard waste
- Office waste
- Metal items
- General non-hazardous waste
- Household furniture, appliances, electronics (extra fees apply)
Not Allowed
- No rebar over 3 inches protruding
- No oversized pieces (must be under 3 feet)
- Hazardous: Paint, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, medical waste
- Flammable: Gasoline, oil, propane tanks, aerosol cans, fireworks
- Special Items: Large tree stumps, asbestos, railroad ties
- No overfilling the dumpster
Golden Rule for Heavy Materials
Use a separate dumpster for concrete, brick, dirt, and asphalt. Mixing heavy materials with regular debris can make the dumpster unsafe and even break road rules. Plus, you'll save money, our heavy-material dumpsters have no weight limits, but mixing will cause extra charges. Have questions? Just give us a call, we're happy to help.
